Career Guidance and Counseling Team it was formed in our school with the aim of providing support to students in planning and achieving their future. Through various activities, as well as individual and group work, the team helps students make informed decisions about continuing their education or employment, develop skills necessary for the labor market, and reduce the risk of early school leaving.
The main goals of the team are:
providing support to graduating students in making informed decisions about their future careers;
development of skills needed for employment and self-employment;
reducing the risk of early school leaving through individual and group support.

Радионица „Твој први интервју“ – Припрема матураната за свет рада - „Az első állásinterjúd” műhelymunka – Felkészítés a munka világára
У петак, 8. маја 2026. године, у организацији Тима за каријерно вођење и саветовање, одржана је радионица „Твој први интервју“ намењена матурантима са смера гимназија и образовног профила техничар друмског саобраћаја. Гост предавач била је психолог Александра Борзаш, која је ученицима кроз интерактиван рад приближила значај добре припреме за разговор за посао.
Током радионице ученици су се упознали са најчешћим питањима на интервјуима за посао, начинима успешне комуникације са послодавцем, као и значајем невербалне комуникације и самопоузданог наступа. Посебна пажња посвећена је превазилажењу треме и представљању личних вештина и способности.
Кроз симулације интервјуа и практичне примере, ученици су имали прилику да активно учествују, постављају питања и добију корисне савете за будуће професионалне изазове. Радионица је протекла у позитивној и подстицајној атмосфери, а ученици су показали велико интересовање и ангажовање.
Овом активношћу школа наставља да подржава ученике у развоју вештина важних за успешно укључивање у свет рада и планирање будуће каријере.
- május 8-án, pénteken az Iskolai Pályaorientációs és Tanácsadó Csapat szervezésében megrendezésre került az „Az első állásinterjúd” nevű műhelymunka a gimnáziumi szakirány és a közúti közlekedési technikus szak végzős tanulói számára. A vendégelőadó Borzas Aleksandra pszichológus volt, aki interaktív foglalkozás keretében ismertette meg a diákokat az állásinterjúkra való felkészülés fontosságával.
A műhelymunka során a tanulók megismerkedtek az állásinterjúkon leggyakrabban előforduló kérdésekkel, a sikeres kommunikáció alapjaival, valamint a nonverbális kommunikáció és a magabiztos fellépés jelentőségével. Külön hangsúlyt kapott a lámpaláz leküzdése, valamint a személyes készségek és képességek megfelelő bemutatása.
Az interjúhelyzetek szimulációján és gyakorlati példákon keresztül a diákok aktívan részt vettek a foglalkozásban, kérdéseket tettek fel, és hasznos tanácsokat kaptak jövőbeli szakmai kihívásaikhoz. A műhelymunka pozitív és ösztönző légkörben zajlott, a tanulók pedig nagy érdeklődést és aktivitást mutattak.
Ezzel a tevékenységgel az iskola továbbra is támogatja a tanulókat azoknak a készségeknek a fejlesztésében, amelyek fontosak a munka világába való sikeres bekapcsolódáshoz és a jövőbeli karrier tervezéséhez.
Представљање Високе школе струковних студија за образовање васпитача из Кикинде | A Kikindai Óvóképző Szakfőiskola bemutatkozása
Дана 31. марта 2026. године Тим за каријерно вођење и саветовање организовао је представљање Високе школе струковних студија за образовање васпитача из Кикинде за ученике трећег и четвртог разреда гимназије општег типа и смера техничар друмског саобраћаја. Ученици су током представљања имали прилику да се упознају са студијским програмима, условима уписа, као и могућностима даљег школовања и запошљавања након завршетка студија. Представници школе су на занимљив и приступачан начин приближили ученицима позив васпитача, истичући значај рада са децом и улогу овог занимања у друштву. Овакве активности имају велики значај за професионалну оријентацију ученика, јер им помажу да донесу информисане одлуке о наставку школовања и будућој каријери.
2026. március 31-én a Pályaorientációs és Tanácsadó Csapat bemutatót szervezett a Kikindai Óvóképző Szakfőiskoláról az általános gimnázium harmadik és negyedik osztályos tanulói, valamint a közlekedési technikus szakos diákok számára.
A bemutató során a tanulók megismerkedhettek a képzési programokkal, a felvételi feltételekkel, valamint a továbbtanulási és elhelyezkedési lehetőségekkel.
Az intézmény képviselői érthető és érdekes módon mutatták be az óvodapedagógus hivatást, kiemelve annak jelentőségét és szerepét a társadalomban.
Az ilyen jellegű programok nagyban hozzájárulnak a diákok pályaorientációjához, segítve őket abban, hogy megalapozott döntéseket hozzanak a továbbtanulásról és jövőbeli karrierjükről.
Ученици наше школе на предавању „Закорачите у свет финансија“ | Iskolánk tanulói részt vettek a „Lépj be a pénzügyek világába”
Дана 23. марта 2026. године ученици наше школе присуствовали су едукативном предавању под називом „Закорачите у свет финансија“, које је организовала Народна банка Србије.
Предавање је реализовано у сарадњи са Канцеларијом за младе, са циљем да се ученицима приближе основни појмови из области финансија и финансијске писмености.
Током предавања ученици су имали прилику да се упознају са значајем одговорног управљања новцем, основама штедње, као и улогом банака и других финансијских институција у савременом друштву.
Предавачи су на занимљив и приступачан начин представили теме које су важне за свакодневни живот, подстичући ученике да развијају здраве финансијске навике.
Овакве активности доприносе развоју практичних знања и вештина код ученика и представљају важан корак ка њиховом будућем одговорном понашању у области личних финансија.
2026. március 23-án iskolánk tanulói részt vettek a Szerb Nemzeti Bank „Lépj be a pénzügyek világába” című edukatív előadásán.
Az előadás az Ifjúsági Irodával együttműködésben valósult meg, azzal a céllal, hogy a diákok közelebb kerüljenek a pénzügyek alapfogalmaihoz és fejlesszék pénzügyi műveltségüket.
Az előadás során a tanulók megismerkedhettek a felelős pénzgazdálkodás jelentőségével, a megtakarítás alapjaival, valamint a bankok és más pénzügyi intézmények szerepével a modern társadalomban.
Az előadók érthető és érdekes módon mutatták be a mindennapi életben is hasznos témákat, ösztönözve a diákokat a tudatos pénzügyi szokások kialakítására.
Az ilyen jellegű tevékenységek hozzájárulnak a tanulók gyakorlati tudásának és készségeinek fejlesztéséhez, és fontos lépést jelentenek a jövőbeni felelős pénzügyi döntéshozatal felé.
Представљање Технолошког факултета из Новог Сада кроз креативну радионицу „Судар брендова“
Тим за каријерно вођење и саветовање наше школе угостио је у петак, 13. марта 2026. године, представнике Технолошког факултета из Новог Сада.
Овом приликом ученици гимназијског смера и смера техничар друмског саобраћаја имали су прилику да се упознају са студијским програмима и могућностима које ова високошколска установа нуди.
Кроз интерактивну и веома занимљиву радионицу под називом „Судар брендова – Coca Cola vs Red Bull“, ученици су на креативан начин уронили у свет маркетинга, технологије и анализе тржишта.
Представници факултета приближили су им различите области студирања, као и практичну примену знања кроз реалне примере из индустрије.
Ученици су активно учествовали у радионици, износили своје идеје и закључке, чиме је овај сусрет био изузетно користан за њихово даље професионално усмеравање и доношење одлука о наставку школовања.
Захваљујемо се представницима Технолошког факултета на посети и инспиративном предавању, уз наду да ће се оваква сарадња наставити и у будућности.
2026. március 13-án, pénteken iskolánk pályaorientációs és tanácsadó csapata vendégül látta az Újvidéki Technológiai Kar képviselőit.
Ez alkalomból a gimnáziumi tagozat, valamint a közúti közlekedési technikus szak tanulói ismerkedhettek meg az intézmény által kínált tanulmányi programokkal és lehetőségekkel.
A „Márkák csatája – Coca-Cola vs. Red Bull” című interaktív és rendkívül érdekes műhelymunka során a diákok kreatív módon merültek el a marketing, a technológia és a piacelemzés világában.
A kar képviselői bemutatták számukra a különböző képzési területeket, valamint a tudás gyakorlati alkalmazását valós ipari példákon keresztül.
A tanulók aktívan vettek részt a foglalkozáson, megosztották ötleteiket és következtetéseiket, így ez a találkozó rendkívül hasznosnak bizonyult számukra a további pályaválasztás és a továbbtanulási döntések szempontjából.
Одржане радионице „Упознај предузетника“ за матуранте | „Ismerd meg a vállalkozót” – műhelymunkák a végzős diákok számára
У понедељак, 23. фебруара 2026. године, за матуранте наше школе одржане су три радионице под називом „Упознај предузетника“, на српском и мађарском језику. Радионице су реализоване у складу са годишњим планом рада Тима за каријерно вођење и саветовање.
Гости радионица били су Марија Игњатов, предузетница која се бави израдом и продајом ручних радова, Сима Бабушком, власник аутоклинике „Сима“, као и Зоран Надрљански, власник хамбургернице „Лала“.
Током сусрета ученици су имали прилику да из прве руке чују искуства предузетника, упознају се са изазовима и предностима предузетништва, као и да добију корисне савете за своје будуће каријерне изборе.
Радионице су биле веома поучне и инспиративне за све учеснике.
Захваљујемо се нашим гостима на издвојеном времену, отворености и посвећености, као и на доприносу каријерном оснаживању наших ученика.
2026 február 23-án, hétfőn iskolánk végzős diákjai számára három „Ismerd meg a vállalkozót” című műhelymunkát szerveztünk szerb és magyar nyelven.
A program az Iskolai Pályaorientációs és Tanácsadó Csoport éves munkatervének megfelelően valósult meg.
Vendégeink voltak: Ignjatov Marija, kézműves termékek készítésével és értékesítésével foglalkozó vállalkozó; Babuškom Sima, a „Sima” autószervíz tulajdonosa; valamint Nadrljanski Zoran, a „Lala” hamburgerező tulajdonosa.
A diákok első kézből szerezhettek ismereteket a vállalkozói tapasztalatokról, betekintést nyerhettek a vállalkozásindítás kihívásaiba és előnyeibe, valamint hasznos tanácsokat kaptak jövőbeli pályaválasztásukhoz.
A műhelymunkák rendkívül tanulságosnak és inspirálónak bizonyultak.
Ezúton is köszönetet mondunk vendégeinknek idejükért, elkötelezettségükért, valamint azért, hogy hozzájárultak diákjaink pályaorientációjához.
Participation of our graduates in the Open IT Doors 2025
On Thursday, December 18, 2025, in Subotica, high school graduates and road traffic technicians, accompanied by professors Zorica Jolić and Milena Šećerov, visited the Faculty of Economics, the Subotica Tech College of Applied Sciences, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, and the IT company Inspira Group.
Emphasizing the importance of higher education, representatives of these institutions presented their study programs, working methods, and employment opportunities, encouraging students to further their education after high school and to nurture their knowledge and skills.
At the invitation of the Faculty of Economics, students from the following schools also attended this event:

"Your path after graduation" lecture for all graduating students of our school
In the last week of November, a lecture titled “Your Path After Graduation” was held at our school, organized within the annual work plan of the Career Guidance and Counseling Team (KVIS). The lecture was conducted in three groups, in Serbian and Hungarian languages, covering all graduating students.
The guest lecturer was Stefan Vitor, a counselor from the National Employment Service, who guided students through the steps that are important to take after finishing secondary school. The graduating students had the opportunity to learn more about:
the process of registering with the National Employment Service,
the importance of active job searching,
the opportunities for self-employment,
about competitions and support measures that can help young people start their own business.
Students asked questions and received practical advice that will be useful in preparing for their next steps, whether in further education or employment.
By organizing such activities, the school continues to support its students in planning their future and developing their careers.
Class teacher hour on the topic "My strengths and skills – how to recognize them?" held in November
During the month of November, class teachers held a class community hour on the topic "My strengths and skills – how to recognize them?", in accordance with the work plan of the Career Guidance and Counseling Team.
Students had the opportunity to discuss their personal abilities, talents, and areas where they achieve the best results. Through guided activities, examples, and short questionnaires, they were encouraged to recognize their strengths and understand how these can influence their future education, occupations, and career paths.
The goal of the lesson was to encourage students to develop self-confidence, better understand their own potential, and take the first steps toward planning their personal and professional development.
Стручна посета ученика угоститељских смерова
In October 2025, first-year students of our school enrolled in the cook and pastry chef programs visited hospitality facilities in Kanjiža. Accompanied by their teachers, Marija Dražić and Marica Jocić, the students became familiar with the operation of kitchen facilities at the Kanjiža Spa, Strand Bekavar, and Tisa Lagoon.
This visit was highly educational, as it provided students with insight into the practical aspects of hospitality, culinary arts, and pastry making. We would like to thank all partners for their time and effort.
Activities in the 2024/2025 school year
The workshop “Step into Tomorrow – Your First Interview” was successfully implemented within the Week of Remembrance and Togetherness.
Within the Week of Remembrance and Togetherness, our school’s Career Guidance and Counseling Team organized a workshop titled “Step into Tomorrow – Your First Interview.” The workshop was intended for final-year students and aimed to prepare young people for entering the labor market through job interview simulation.
Students from various educational profiles participated in the workshop – motor vehicle drivers, cooks and pastry chefs, gymnasium students, and road traffic technicians. Thanks to the dedication of the organizers, students had the opportunity to gain valuable experience, receive feedback, and obtain advice on how to present themselves as effectively as possible to potential employers.
We extend special thanks to the school principal, Lívia Ábrahám, and to the director of OTP Bank, Ilija Martinović, who accepted the invitation and participated in the interview simulations, giving students a realistic insight into the process and requirements of job interviews.
We also thank the subject teachers who supported this activity, as well as the entire Career Guidance and Counseling Team for the initiative and successful organization of the event. Such activities contribute to students’ personal and professional development and strengthen them for the steps that follow after completing their education.
Round table: “Meet the Entrepreneurs”
Organized by teachers Milena Šećerov and Mateja Čobanov, a round table titled “Meet the Entrepreneurs” was held for graduating gymnasium students and road traffic technicians. Students had the opportunity to meet successful entrepreneurs: Nenad Čobanov, a fiscal cash register and computer service technician, Izabela Radaković, an accountant, and Ljubiša Ćinkul, director of the Public Utility Company “7th October” from Novi Kneževac.
In addition to presenting their professions and business experiences, students were able to ask additional questions and learn first-hand about the challenges and advantages of entrepreneurship. This meeting provided them with valuable insight into the world of work and the career opportunities awaiting them after completing their education.
Visit of the bank director to final-year students
Fourth-year students of the road traffic technician program had the privilege of hosting the bank director, Mr. Ilija Martinović, within the entrepreneurship classes led by teacher Milena Šećerov.
Mr. Martinović held an interactive lecture on topics that are extremely important for young people in modern society: financial literacy, safe online shopping, and the opportunities provided by banks to support entrepreneurial ideas.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the practical aspects of managing personal finances, as well as the importance of innovation and initiative in the business world.
This event was organized with the aim of providing students with valuable knowledge and skills that will be useful both in their private and professional lives.
We would like to thank Mr. Martinović and his team for their time and support in educating our students, as well as teacher Milena Šećerov for initiating such an important event.
